I found this wonderful example of monochrome interior design at Concept By Anna, an interior stylist and photographer with an amazing sense of style. These images create such a strong impact though the use of black and white to make a space feel so light and calming.
The use of linen sheets over the sofa are an easy and affordable way to makeover a space if your existing furniture doesn't fit your scheme, and cushion instantly make a room feel more homely. The combination of the patterned cushions and personal items and artwork on the shelves behind compel your eyes around the room, making you want to take in all the details!
I'd really recommend taking a look at Anna's blog; as well as her online shop Pure Love, which sells everything from artwork to shoes, to see more beautiful images with a minimal Scandinavian style.
